Aljibe and Al-Qutun offer active tourism and a camp for single people in December
Hiking, pot holing, caving, quads, paintball, cycling routes. Aljibe, Actividades en la Naturaleza and Al-Qutun, the company specialised in “active tourism”, propose a wide range of routes and activities to enjoy in December in a healthy and fun way.
On 10 December, for example, Aljibe has programmed a descent down into La Garganta Verde, a remarkable ravine found in Grazalema’s nature reserve, leaving at 9am from the church square in Zahara de la Sierra.
On Saturday 16, at the same time and place, there is a visit to the Cueva del Susto (“the scary cave”) in Gastor to enjoy some potholing. Prices for these activities range from 26 to 43 euros.
Aljibe has 21 planned activities certified by the Natural Park of Andalusia. 12 of these are hiking and mountain climbing excursion, 3 are potholing ones, 3 descents through gorges and ravines and 3 climbing excursions in the nature reserves of the province of Cádiz: Sierra de Grazalema, los Alcornocales and the Straits of Gibraltar, as well as trips to other areas of great natural beauty in the provinces of Málaga and Granada. For single people
With the Sierra de Grazalema nature reserve providing the backdrop, Al-Qutun also offers activities to suit all tastes, from the gentle and sedentary to the more daring. No previous experience is necessary, only a desire to have fun and meet people.
From the 6-10 December, taking advantage of the bank holiday, a Camp for single people has been organized which includes full board and lodging at the Albergue Rural de Algodonales in rooms for 4, 6 and 8 people. The hostel, set in privileged surroundings right in the middle of the Sierra de Grazalema nature reserve, has a communal lounge with an open fireplace, TV, kitchen, various terraces and a swimming pool.
Programmed activities include hiking, cycling routes, canyoning, paintball, quads, canoeing, caving etc, and on the last day, to round things off, a trip in a balloon has been organized.
The activities are supervised by guides/monitors. All the necessary material and equipment as all the required permits and insurance are included. Al-Qutun also has a support vehicle which will take the participants to the point where the activities take place.

In addition, this company also offers two courses on 16 and 17 of December. The first on growing and looking after Bonsais, and the second to learn about medicinal plants.
