TUI clients include five Cadiz hotels among the company's best

Each year, TUI, the German and leading European tour operator, announces the TUI Holly awards for the best hotels that it works with, but from the point of view of its clients.

They vote for the establishment where they evaluate the service and the levels of friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Five Cadiz hotels received this award in 2006 during the prize ceremony held in Hanover in October.

They are the Duque de Nájera and the Playa de la Luz de Rota, the Fuerte de Conil, the Barrosa Palace and Playa La Barrosa de Chiclana.

The TUI Holly 2006 prizes were awarded to the 100 best hotels of the more than 10,000 with which the German tour operator works.
Next summer, the prize winners will appear in the catalogues together with the TUI-Holly symbol, which is a guarantee for its guests.

The prize winning hotels have received the TUI-Holly awards on other occasions. This is the fourth time that the award has gone to the Playa de la Luz and the sixth to the Duque de Nájera.

The Fuerte de Conil has been awarded this prize every year since it opened, except in 2004, which means it has been a prize winner 7 times since 1999.

The Barrosa Palace can also boast six consecutive prizes since it opened in 2000. Its neighbour, the Playa la Barrosa has also accumulated six awards since it opened its doors to the public in 1992.

Apart from the 100 best hotels, TUI also publishes a top ten with the 10 best hotel establishment out of all the hotels it works with. This award is particularly important as the TUI catalogue includes around 10,000 hotels, so making it to the top ten is a real achievement.

The hotels in the province of Cadiz have made it to this prestigious “top ten” on 6 occasions, 5 times in the case of the Duque de Nájera and the Barrosa Palace once.

These prizes are proof that the Cadiz tourist model continues to be highly successful. Right from the very start, the province has opted to develop tourism based on first-rate establishments for demanding clients, with the aim of creating customer loyalty and seeing them back here year after year.

This customer loyalty is not only achieved by quality accommodation, but also requires first-rate service beyond their expectations. Prizes, such as the ones awarded by TUI every year, are proof that the sector is on the right path.
